Being Mindful and Connect with You | Walking Meditation with 10 Minute Mama
Today we’re going to take our time together to move and meditate – we’ll call it a Walking Meditation. If you’re able to do this outside, it’ll be even mo’ better.
As we walk along together, we’ll have a few different questions to ponder.
During this time, try to stay present. Feel your footfalls on the ground, feel your breath. Feel the air around you and the warmth or the coolness.
Most of all, just enjoy your time and your freedom to let your mind wander.
