Movement for Strength, Balance, Calm | Get Stronger with 10 Minute Mama
Good morning, Mamas!
I hope you’re well and you’re feeling inspired to move today. Even if you’re not feeling ‘in the mood’, make yourself go through the motions just for these next 10-ish minutes.
You’ll find that afterwards you ARE, in fact, feeling better, more energized and like you’re getting a wee bit of your life back, even if you’re feeling too-busy, scattered or stressed.
Today, you don’t need any special equipment and you don’t need a lot of space. If you choose to do this outside, you may want to grab a mat or towel to cushion your back for a couple of the moves. Jump on in to today’s Audio-Only 10 Minute Mama and get stronger!
