Happy Thanksgiving, Mamas! I’m here again, slowly easing back into 10MM creation. I’ve not been gone because I don’t love 10 Minute Mama enough, but because I do love it and want to do it right. I’ve had a month where I was thrown a big curveball and most things in my daily routine came to a screeching halt. My brother’s wife – just-turned 38 years old – died suddenly on November 4th. Heartbreak for her and for my brother and the kids they left behind, as well as the rush of planning to get to them and to help in the ways I could, took priority. While I did still try to get in daily exercise (I hope and expect you did too!!), I didn’t feel like it was the right time for me to be creating new content or sending emails that couldn’t be a source of positive encouragement. Today’s 10 Minute Mama talks through a bit of the mindset work that is required to keep going, even when we don’t feel like it, when we’ve broken our good habits and find ourselves in a funk.
